Signature Mindfulness + Surf sessions 1,2,3 days

We utilize an experiential and mindfulness based model to encourage safety, ocean knowledge, and mind/body awareness to promote surf skills, build confidence, ignite motivation, and foster a love and appreciation for the healing power of nature. The ocean provides an active environment where we embody the practice of a growth mindset to embrace challenge, let go, and have fun.

Whether you have never surfed or have but haven’t quite found your rhythm, our signature 1,2, or 3 day program is a great option for you.

Each session includes:

  • guided mindfulness meditation to increase grounding

  • goal setting to set intention for the session

  • guided lesson in water with surf coach where the session is designed to meet your current skills and present just right challenges to improve your skills.

  • post session debrief to review progress and plan for your surf journey ahead.
